Lost
After i had this misscarry i have been thinking alot about things. Well these past couple of months havent been as stressfull. I noticed that my pants were starting to hang off me. I had a check up the other day come to find out i have lost 20 lbs i couldnt believe it. I was so excited the nurse started to laugh at me. I am very determind to keep it off too. A peice of good news i guess..:)

It looks like you've been having fun this summer going boating and playing in Zions. I hope the rest of your summer goes well, too.
